In 1992, Mr. Colachis partnered with songwriter/singer Prince and Paisley Park Enterprises and opened the world famous Glam Slam nightclub and restaurant.

Six years later, he hired a set of architects to design a new kind of dance club and restaurant to be located in the newly anticipated Kodak Theater Academy Awards Center in Hollywood, and partnered with world famous celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck

Mr. Colachis leased approximately 30,000 square feet on the 4th and 5th floors of offering spectacular southern views of the Los Angeles skyline.  Nick named the club V3, but it was later changed to the Highlands.  In December of 2001, the Highlands opened.  During his ownership, the Highlands grossed over $7.6 million and had an operating profit of over $1,200,000 per year.

Mr. Colachis will be opening his new exclusive world-class nightclub and restaurant in Los Angeles this year.  He is calling the nightclub TRU$T.
